BHOC Córdoba strengthens a training model built around simulation and hands-on practice

Córdoba hosted a new edition of the Bifurcation Hands-On Course (BHOC) in November 2025, confirming the consolidation of an educational programme that continues to grow with every edition.

With the support of SMT, the course brought together interventional cardiologists and fellows from Andalusia to share experiences, update their knowledge and train in different bifurcation treatment strategies through interactive simulation.

Learnig by doing

The programme combined short presentations with case discussions, cath lab practice and interventional sessions using simulators. This structure was designed to translate knowledge into practice and encourage active participation throughout the course.

Advanced simulation and continuous faculty guidance allowed participants to explore different scenarios and strategies in an environment focused on practical learning and the exchange of experience.

This combination of knowledge, technology and hands-on training reflects MInDSiTE’s educational philosophy: learning by doing.

Continuous growth

The Córdoba edition confirmed the maturity achieved by BHOC after a year of continuous growth and laid the foundations for the programme’s further expansion throughout 2026.

With each new edition, BHOC continues to develop as a hands-on educational model in which simulation helps turn knowledge into experience.
